Being a caregiver can be overwhelming. Circle of Care has a range of programs and services that aim to provide support to both clients and caregivers. They are committed to working with healthcare professionals to foster better health outcomes for your patients. Circle of Care programs for seniors and caregivers - available in English and Russian
Circle of Care have several programs available to support seniors and caregivers that are free and available in English and Russian.
New telephone group socializing sessions
These sessions, funded by The Good Companions, offer seniors the chance to participate in phone-based group socializing sessions with other seniors and a facilitator. It’s a great way to meet new people, engage in interesting discussions and continue to socialize as the weather gets colder.

Caregiver counselling and support group
Circle of Care social workers can help provide free support and guidance to caregivers and seniors around grief, bereavement, depression, anxiety, stress, life-changing circumstances, family dynamics and elder abuse.
Services are offered in person (including home visits) and are available in both English and Russian.

Activities and Support Groups for Older Adults
